great bagels...extra friendly staff....not one complaint! recommendations: bacon, egg and cheese...extra cheese, extra bacon...delicious, nova...best i've found tofu scallion cream cheese...again, best i've eaten knishes and cappuccino muffins also noteworthy

I had previously liked their egg salad sandwich but when I reordered it the fresh squeezed OJ had spilled all over the bag so I had no OJ and OJ flavored egg salad. disgusting. I was too hungry to wait for a replacement so insisted they refund me. It was not an easy accomplishment! They tried to give me a credit for next time, tried to insist they send a replacement; I had to speak to the manager, Marom, just to get my refund, after being left on hold for almost 10 minutes. Good grief!

Ordered a roast beef sandwich on a bagel. By far the most disgusting "roast beef" I have ever seen. I called and asked if perhaps their roast beef is old or if there was another explanation. They insisted it was good roast beef. Needless to say will never order from this place again. Inedible!!! STAY AWAY!!!

I ordered the platter and it only came as a sandwich, so I didn't get the tomatoes, onion and cucumber I was craving. Also they substituted a Sunkist for my Organgina which to me is not comparable. Food took over an hour for delivery. Won't be ordering from here again.

I have ordered from this place 2 times now and they have yet to remember any dressing or sugar for my coffee. Needless to say, I do not suggest anyone uses seamless for Pick A Bagel.

I order 3 bottles of 20oz Dr. Pepper. I got 3 cans (12oz.) of soda, but was charged the full amount. They should have adjusted the price which they did not.

I ordered two bagels and a diet snapple. They brought the wrong snapple, a juice instead of a tea. The only brought one of the bagels, sesame w/ butter. The other was delivered almost an hour later and the same type of bagel w/ peanut butter was so hard and stale I couldn't eat it and threw it in the garbage. I feel like they did it on purpose because they had to come back. The other day the delivery person was very rude when I asked to see the receipt for a second time.
